Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, and no explanation or rebooking will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total. * Same day cancellations with no explanation or rebooking will be charged 40% of scheduled service total. *No shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. * Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule at the last minute may be required to pay a booking deposit for future appointments.
